Our nutrition bars are manufactured by hand in a commercial kitchen in Bellevue, WA. Because our bars are not cooked, the process for forming them requires us to combine a proprietary process with old-fashioned kitchen hand tools to make them!
Through extensive testing, we developed four flavors of bars which are designed to appeal to people who are looking for a balanced, healthful, and delicious alternative.
